ICUの入院初日の夜にはだいぶ落ち着き、2日目には、人工呼吸器のチューブを抜管することができました。 そして、今日、一般病棟へ移り、意識も戻ってきています。 痙攣の原因は、「これ！」っていうのはまだわからずですが、複数の要因が重なって起きたことが原因かもしれない…と医師から説明がありました。 ○ヒトメタニューモウイルス感染 (前回のICU入院もヒトメタ感染でした) ○水中毒 (尿崩症の薬が効き過ぎている時に、口からの水分摂取) ○てんかん発作の疑い (ヒトメタ感染または、水中毒が引き金となった可能性) 水中毒についてですが、尿崩症があり1日2回薬で尿を止めてます。そして、1日の水分量は1,000mlは飲むようにと主治医から説明を受けてましたが、ここ数日、飲みたがらず、450〜800ml程度で、離乳食も食べず私たち両親は焦っていました。 しかし、この時すでに水分過多になっていたと思われます。 それに気づけず、薬を処方通りに内服させていたために、水中毒を引き起こしてしまいました。 脱水の怖さが勝ってしまい、水中毒のことは全く頭になく、医師から血液検査の結果を元に話があった時は、とんでもない
