Toe wiggles This exercise is actually very tricky! What we are trying to achieve is similar to a Mexican wave in soccer games. Beginning from the big toe you want to create a small Mexican wave. This allows you to gain more connection & control with your toes. It will also allow you to begin to disassociate them.
