This week is sign language week - a week spreading awareness across the uk . The theme this year is that bsl is more than a language; culture , community and belonging . As it draws to a close we are sharing our story to raise awareness . 10 years ago Theo was born profoundly Deaf and all I could think was how would he hear be tell him I love them . 16th March marks the first day of Sign Language Week led by the British Deaf Association. The theme for this year will be “Sign Language For All”. During this week everybody can take part on raising awareness of the United Kingdom's Deaf community and celebrating their beautiful and unique language (British Sign Language - BSL).
