Homemade blackberry preserves 🌼 • 7 cups blackberries • 2 cups sugar • Zest of 1 lemon • Juice of 1/2 lemon • Combine all ingredients into one pot • Bring to a boil over medium/high heat, stirring often • Once boiling, reduce heat and let simmer for 30-45 minutes • Once it reaches your desired consistency, remove from heat and cool, stirring occasionally to help remove heat pockets • Jar and/or enjoy once cooled!
