A check valve on the N14 can cause it to bleed down while sitting, making starting slow and difficult. Cummins N14 Celect Cylinder Head, 1 of 3 today that were resurfaced and all had the exhaust manifold side surfaced as well. This was the first pass, .006” being taken, all this head needed. All head are getting New Intake & Exhaust Seats and Valves, Guides, Injector Coppers, Springs, Seals & Locks.
