一皿162円‼︎【レンチン12分◎】ツナわさびパスタ 包丁もまな板も使わない♪ 簡単＆節約ずぼらパスタ！ –––––––––––––––––––––––––– ▶ 材料（1人分：162円） パスタ（1.6mm）：100g（32円） ツナ缶：1缶（87円） わさび：小さじ1（5円） お茶漬けの素：1袋（23円） マヨネーズ：大さじ1（7円） ごま油：小さじ1（6円） 塩：1g（1円） 醤油：小さじ1/2（1円） 水：250ml （お好みで）小ネギ、ごま –––––––––––––––––––––––––– ▶ 作り方 ① 深めの耐熱皿にパスタを折って入れ、塩と水を加える。 ② ラップはかけずにレンジで加熱する（目安：600W＝袋表示の加熱時間＋2分、500W＝＋4分）。 ③ 加熱後、ごま油・醤油・お茶漬けの素・ツナ缶・マヨネーズ・わさびを入れて、わさびが溶けるまでよく混ぜる。 ④ お好みで小ネギとごまを散らして完成！ –––––––––––––––––––––––––– ▶ ポイント ・レンチン中にツナ缶でマヨとわさびを混ぜておくと時短で作れる！ ・わさびの量はお好みで調整してください♪
