Transparent Dip Powder Mani: 1. Apply dip base polish, dip finger into powder, dust off excess powder with brush (repeat 1 or 2 more times depending on how thick you'd like the nail) 2. Apply activator, let it dry/absorb for about 5 minutes. 3. File edges to desired shape and buff the top to make smooth and even. 4. Drill the edges near the cuticle to give a more natural look. 5.
