Underwater Contortion Challenge

What training contortion with me really looks like… Expect to be laughed at 🤣🤣🤣 Anton made tons of progress in these handstand kick ups last week during our 3-Day Intensive, but there was still a STRONG urge to just muscle it and use momentum. (That moment where he tried is HILARIOUS, sound on for the conversation 💯) The technique to kick up to handstands on a higher surface is very specific for contortion. It’s totally different than straight handstands. You start with your shoulders furthe
