Cartwheel to hand2hand was one of the first "dynamic" ways we learned into h2h. We almost never train it anymore but good to know we still got it ;) and of course a fun dismount to boot! The cartwheel can be absolutely effortless when the timing is right and it will just float up, make sure to put the time in to getting this timing. Tempo drills between you and your partner are crucial for getting that easy effortless look...we are still working on getting there ourselves:) #duo_die_acrobatics f
