垣内 重慶 on Instagram: "詳しい解説はこちら↓ 医薬品の臨床試験については、「医薬品の臨床試験の実施の基準」（GCP:Good Clinical Practice）という厚生省の通達がありました。そして1997年４月から省令として改正施行され法的拘束力をもつようになったのです。 省令GCPでは、(1)試験者の人権保護・安全性確保、(2)治験の質の確保、(3)データの信頼性確保、(4)責任・役割分担の明確化、(5)記録の保存、などについて基準を定めています。臨床試験にかかわる医療機関、製薬企業、医薬品開発受託機関、およびその関係者が臨床試験の実施に際して、これに違反した場合には、罰則（刑事罰）が科せられるようになりました。もし、データの捏造が発覚すれば、開発中止はもちろんのこと、製薬企業に対して業務停止命令も発令されることになり、企業としては莫大な損害を被ることになるのです。 株主代表訴訟の事由にもなり、また株価暴落など企業にとって甚大な被害になります。 そのデーターを捏造した人、関わった人は社会的に制裁を受ける事になり、科学者としてはそのキャリアの終了を意味します。 も
