This simple progression can help your first baseman protect their 🥜 All you need is a ball and a wall. Start on a knee and do arm side and glove side picks with no glove. Progress that to standing. Hot tip 🔥 When you’re standing make sure you toss the ball first then stride and pick. Now do the same thing but move on to using your glove.
