Mastering the Double Tuck Back Technique in Acro Gymnastics

Double progression is a type of progressive overload where we increase both reps and weight over time. If you successfully finish all sets, next time we'd increase reps by 1 for all sets. E.g. we did 3x8, for the next workout we'd do 3x9, then 3x10, etc. Once we hit some max reps limit, let's say 3x12, the next workout we'd reset it back to 3x8, and increase the weight. It's a good progression scheme especially for isolation exercises (bicep curls, lateral raises, front raises, etc), where you c
