Personal Experience with Compression Hose After Surgery

I had my third outpatient physical therapy appointment today and used the bike for the first time. Tomorrow I will be 4 weeks post op; I probably overdid it over the holidays because the knee is feeling a little tighter than normal today. Of course I wasn't as diligent with my home exercises with company at my house over Christmas, but I am trying to get back on track. Good news is that I no longer have to wear the compression hose.
