Brooding of 2 weeks and 3 days old chicks. Today i was in the brooder house with my team and discovered that space was becoming a challenge as the chicks were growing. We finished! The brooder house conversion is done and we got 100 chicks moved in! We added a 14” shutter exhaust fan and two 12x12 vents. Ventilation is huge when it comes to keeping chicks healthy. Between heat lamps and chick fluff, things warm up fast in there.
