THORACIC OUTLET SYNDROME: WRIGHTS TEST The Wright's test is a test for thoracic outlet syndrome (TOS) and consits of two phases: In the first phase you are putting stress on the subcoracoid tunnel under the tendon of the pectoralis minor. In the second step, you are hyperabducting the arm and thus stressing the costoclavicular space. Both sites are interfaces where the brachial plexus might get compressed. Watson et al.
