If you’re using an older generation Avolites console, you’ll know the grey and blue keys that sit above each playback. Here’s a quick refresher on what they do: • Grey key = flash the look • Blue key = swap the current stage look for the one in that playback • Release the key to return to the previous state These keys are a handy way to test, blend and preview looks during programming. If you’ve moved to one of our newer consoles, you might notice something missing… Where did the grey and blue keys go? Even though the buttons are no longer coloured, the functions are still there: • Top button = blue key • Bottom button = grey key • Rotary encoders act like faders on the playback rows • M keys around the desk work just like workspace, macro and executor keys on other Titans So the layout is familiar - it’s just evolved.
