⚠️Hoop tutorial on swaps!⚠️ #albinoplanttuts ✅ Try with 1 hoop: Swing hoop behind you -> Pass to other hand -> toss & catch ✅ Try slowly with 2 hoops: Start by swinging the first hoop up behind you ✅ Go for the pass with 3 steps: Release, pass, catch ✅ Bring both hoops down to the starting position ✅ When sped up, you swing the first hoop at the same time you release the second hoop ✅ Make sure you catch the hoop on the outside and then swing it behind you to make this move continuous #hooptutor
