LAFD Firefighters ascended their 94-foot aerial ladder in high wind conditions to meet a civilian clinging to the side of the Barrington Plaza high rise. The man was forced out of the building and onto a very narrow ledge due to deteriorating conditions inside, where fire was ripping through the 7th floor.
