How to lay a decal for those DIY people 💪🏻 . Step one is always gonna be cleaning, then alignment. You can lay the decal perfect, but if the alignment is off, it doesn’t matter. I normally put the tape on the bottom so it’s easier to handle and gravity doesn’t want to try and lay it. What really determines where I put the tape is where the recesses are located on the vehicle and for this particular vehicle I would put the tape on the top so that way I could feed it into that recess area. .
