One of the first steps you’ll take when starting your business is registering your business name. However, there are a few things you’ll want to check first: 1. Make sure your business name doesn’t infringe on any trademarks, is misleading (e.g. suggesting you have a qualification that you don’t have) or contains a “sensitive” word. 2.
