Chinese shadow puppetry is a traditional theatrical art. Skilled shadow puppet masters manipulate vibrant silhouette figures crafted from leather behind a translucent cloth screen, accompanied by music and singing, bringing historical tales and folklore to life. Shadow puppetry was inducted into the first batch of China's national intangible cultural heritage in 2006. As a branch of shadow puppetry, Baoding shadow puppetry was included in the intangible cultural heritage list of Baoding City. #c
