🤸‍♀️Today we are sharing a core-muscle exercise/stretch from our last Pre-Ballet course in September. Starting February 15th we revisit the Pre-Ballet level with master teacher Ekaterina Trunina and will soon after proceed to the intermediate levels of the Vaganova method! This one doesn’t really have a name but it consists of leaning towards your legs while doing the splits. We hope this exercise is useful to you!
