I took the next big step in the Hydroboost brake conversion on this 100-year-old truck. The old mechanical linkage is gone, and I’ve started fitting the new brake pedal arm to work with the hydraulic setup. A lot of careful measuring and fabrication goes into getting the pedal ratio and alignment right so it feels natural and safe.
