This loggerhead sea turtle washed ashore on Newport’s South Beach at the end of March after becoming cold-stunned in the our cool waters. Oregon Coast Aquarium responded and cared for her initially, and started the process of warming her body back up to its natural temperature. After a week with us, the sea turtle was transferred to @sealifer3 in Washington for continued care.
