Homemade butter… from one ingredient 🤯🧈✨ I used my KitchenAid mixer and 1 quart of heavy whipping cream and just let it go through all the stages — soft peaks → whipped cream → chunky → separated. It took about 25 minutes total and it is SO satisfying to watch come together! Once the butter forms, rinse it under cold water until the water runs clear (this gets the buttermilk out so it lasts longer).
