Toe Tap | If you want to be able to do toes tap, try to do this practice it is the easy version that allow you to feel, engage and learn what you need to corporate your physical and breathe. Rolling backwards make yourself in a shape of the ball, hugging your legs, spine rounded then open the shoulder, extend the legs and arms. Take your hands overhead position. Core compression, straight the legs.Rolling forwards (with inhalation) use the momentum to get yourself up. Then press the hands firmly
