My first introduction to the concertina was with this mighty man John Williams from his video lessons of ‘ learn to play Irish concertina’. Before I got my first concertina watched these videos everyday and was so excited to learn how to play. John is based in Chicago and I have been a fan of his playing for years and years and this was my first time getting to play a tune. I was honoured to have played two reels with him today in the gorgeous Station House Hotel in county Meath. Shoutout to his
