Smoked Beef Ribs on the new @TraegerGrills Woodridge… fall-off-the-bone tender, crazy juicy and absolutely loaded with flavour. The fact that this was my first time ever smoking a full rack of beef ribs just goes to show how much heavy lifting the Traeger does. It takes so much of the guess work out of long cooks and automatically regulates temps without needing to nurse a fire.
