SO【ASMR】 on Instagram: "寿司クレープ‼️#crepes ■寿司クレープ ○材料 ・薄力粉…200g ・牛乳…500ml ・溶かしバター…30g ・グラニュー糖…60g ・卵...4個 ・サラダ油…適量 １、ボウルに卵を入れ、混ぜます ２、１にグラニュー糖、バターを入れてシャリシャリ感がなくなるまで混ぜます ３、２に牛乳を入れ、混ぜます ４、３に薄力粉を入れ、よく混ぜます ５、濾し器でこしたら、冷蔵庫で1時間以上冷やします ６、フライパンに薄く油を敷き、中火で熱します ７、一旦火を止め、そこに５を全体的に薄く広がる量入れます ８、火を弱めの中火にし、表面がプクプク膨れてくるまで焼きます ９、ひっくり返し、10秒ほど火を入れたら生地完成！ 10、生地を乾燥しないようにラップで包み、冷蔵庫で30分ほど寝かせます ◯各種トッピング ・バナナ ・ロータススプレッド ・ロータスビスコフ ・オレオ ・ホイップクリーム ・苺 ・粉糖 ・ブルーベリー お好みで巻いて完成！"
