Virgin Hyperloop has unveiled plans to build its Hyperloop Certification Center (HCC) in West Virginia. Once constructed and operational, the facility will oversee the certification of hyperloop systems around the world. It's hoped the center will also create jobs and help boost the local economy. The news follows successful trials at the firm's full scale test site in Nevada over recent years and the US Department of Transportation's publication of a guidance document for a hyperloop regulatory
