Lvl 1: kipping ring rows Lvl 2: wall hip pop Lvl 3: high bar lat push down hip pop Remember: feet on the ground = easier to feel the hip pop (because you can push your feet against the ground). BUT to truly translate that to a hanging hip pop you need a bridge ---> lvl 2 can be that bridge ;) | No Rush Training
