Extreme oversplit progress 💯 Now, some of you may look at this and think the position is unsafe. And it *could* be, if we were forcing it. But here’s the thing… Eva’s splits training is about 80% active drills and conditioning, and only 20% stretching. We focus on developing her flexibility from a place of strength, and keep a close eye on her alignment to ensure she’s in the safest positions possible. There’s no forcing anything 🙅‍♀️ And that’s a big part of making extreme flexibility safe 👍
