ArcLight Cinemas and Pacific Theaters are closing permanently, due to COVID closures

Built in 16 weeks as the first and only theater of its kind, the Cinerama Dome has been home to over 55 years of cinematic history, including opening with the premiere of Stanley Kramer’s “It’s A Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World” in 1963.
