Cirrus Airframe Parachute System (CAPS) did it again, as both the occupants are safe after their Cirrus SR22T aircraft (N927CS) crashed into the Bellevue neighborhood in Washington. Sources say, two men in the aircraft were on a training flight from Renton when their engine failed over the Newport Hills neighborhood forcing them to deploy the CAPS.
