Utilitech model LLEDR6XT/5CCT how to wire and install with a switch loop at the fixture

I use $24 led shop lights from Lowe’s. They are Utilitech brand; I love them and so do my seedlings. They can connect so that you need just one outlet for all your lights and each light has an individual on/off pull cord. I use pulleys to attach them to my shelves to raise and lower them as needed.
