Asset store download folder?

Asset store download folder?
I’m trying to do this on my computer, but it keeps telling me that the syntax of the command is incorrect. What do I do? Update: I managed to create the Junction successfully except I still have to manually move the package to a different folder now or Unity deletes the previous package when I got to add a new project.
