This is the first year that both boys independently have tapped trees. It's been amazing to watch. They had so much fun! That's the point right?! To have fun!! This season is intentional and I'm taking in the slowness of it. There are so many additions and/or changes that we could do to make our maple syrup production faster (efficient), but it creates more pressure. More anxiety to get to speed up the process.
