SCOTTISH SHORTBREAD COOKIES SMALL BATCH🎅🏼❣️ Perfect as a gift or in Christmas cookie boxes! 💝🍪 Small batch Scottish shortbread: 4 TB softened butter 1 tsp honey or spiced vanilla honey (check my last post for the recipe!) 2 TB granulated sugar 1 tsp vanilla Pinch of salt 1/2 cup flour Festive turbinado sugar Can be made by hand in one bowl or with a hand or stand mixer! Poke with a fork. Sprinkle with turbinado sugar and then put into freeze for at least 30 mins (up to overnight!) Bake at 35
