Be careful not to overcook it, I didn’t know you should only flip once. I can tell which ones I accidentally flipped twice. But if you microwave it with butter for just a bit, I couldn’t tell the difference and neither could my friend who is a lefse connoisseur!  | That Midwestern Mom
