2 Up 1 Down Inverted BB Row 🔥 Variation Last superset of @erockacuario training session has this spicy 🌶️ variation of the inverted row in it. Start by rowing up with two hands, creating tension, then controlling down with one. It’s tough as you need to have a great brace to maintain the position, so everything has to work and have tension (crush grip, glutes, core,..).
