Standing Hamstring Curl

⚡️FOR THUNDER THIGHS⚡️ Here’s how you can train hamstrings intelligently 1️⃣ Typically I’ll train them 2 days per week. Day 1 is a lying leg curl a stiff leg deadlift variation.
