神奈川県警は７日、ＳＩＭカードをデジタル化したｅＳＩＭ（イーシム）情報を転売し、別の人物に携帯電話回線を不正開通させたとして、電子計算機使用詐欺の疑いで横浜市の男を逮捕した。カード情報などを調達する「道具屋」とみている。
