新型コロナウイルス問題が特に深刻だった2020～2022年頃、「ロックダウン（Lockdown）」という言葉をよく耳にしました。特定の地域・施設への出入りや、外出に対して制限をかけるという意味ですが、当時の文脈としては“都市封鎖”の意味が特に強かったように思います。なんにせよ、未だにロックダウンという言葉を聞くと、身体がビクッと縮こまってしまいます。
