Can I use RPM to download and install packages from a FTP server? If so can I also have it download any dependancies from the same location?

I'm running a RH8 machine, it's got libgd, libpng, and zlib installed (verified with rpm -q). I'm trying to compile ntop, which depends on all three of these packages.<BR><BR>According to the ntop ...
