TickerQ query fails on SQL Server 12 due to unsupported OPENJSON

When running the app with TickerQ integrated via EF Core, queries against the ticker tables fail on SQL Server 12.0. The generated query uses OPENJSON, which was not supported before SQL Server 2016.
