pgAdmin 4に初期状態でテーブルにCSVやらなんやらをインポートしようとすると、Utility not foundというエラーが発生。 Binary Pathsを設定しろということで、設定していこう。 Server→Dashboard→Configure pgAdmin→Paths→Binary Paths→PostgreSQL Binary Pathでこの画面に来る。
