I increased the maximum page file size to 1.5 times the RAM, but that did not solve the problem. I feel like there's something I need to know about W2K and how it makes use of memory and the paging ...
Put it on the opposite physical drive from the OS. I just let Windows manage the size of the swapfile. It seems to do a fine job by itself.
