2005年の「Tejas」は4.4GHzで拡張版Hyper-Threadingを搭載

Intelの2005年の次世代CPU「Tejas(テハス)」は、Hyper-Threadingテクノロジを拡張、1,066MHzのFSB(フロントサイドバス)をサポート、新しい「LGA(Land Grid Array) 775」パッケージで登場する。クロックは4.4GHz～5GHz、消費電力は最大で110W、製造プロセス技術は90nmプロセス。
