TetMesher got into an infinite loop on a 32-triangle input mesh

Could you give me some hints as to why VegaFEM/tetMesher got into an infinite loop with this small 32-triangle input mesh? I used Meshlab and couldn't find anything wrong. I am debugging it with GDB ...
